This shipping policy describes how your order is processed & shipped when you make a purchase from https://www.madhuramsweetsandchaat.com, herein after referred as "the site". Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Take away: we welcome all our customers who has booked the order in advance with take away slot as per the availability. Please show your order copy (soft copy or print) to collect the order.
• Local delivery: all orders placed before 3 pm are delivered on same day (subject to availability of the stock). Our delivery hours are between 10am - 8pm on the date you select. We are unable to guarantee a particular time for the delivery but rest assured, your package will arrive at the earliest. We are available on swiggy & zomato also for our customers.
• However, due to high demands and / or any type of natural calamities / pandemic, order may get delayed which is out of the scope of the company as well as shipping agency. In such case, you can expect a call / email from the company.
• The company reserves the right to amend the shipping policy at any time with or without notice. Please check back frequently in the event of changes.
