This Cancellation & Refund Policy describes how your order can be cancelled and / or payment refunded when you make any cancellation from https://www.madhuramsweetsandchaat.com, herein after referred as "the site".

• There are no returns / replacements allowed as our products are perishable.
• In case of damaged, wrong product, missing or bad quality products, you can ask for a replacement within 24 hours from the time of order delivery. In case of any complaints, we would require an image of the product delivered to be sent across to us to investigate the complaint. • The Site and / or The Company is NOT liable to compensate in any form for any complaint If the complaint is made after 24 hours of the delivery time.
• There are no return pick-ups allowed.

Instant Order Cancellation (Same Day Delivery):

• Customers can cancel their orders within 10 minutes after the order is accepted.
• If the order is canceled within 10 minutes, the customer will receive a full refund.
• The customer can also edit the order within 10 minutes.
• After 10 minutes, the order cannot be canceled or edited.
• No refunds will be given for orders that are canceled after 10 minutes.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy:

• Customers can cancel or edit their pre-order orders if there is a minimum of 36 hours between the time the order is accepted and the time of delivery and they are eligible for full refund.
• If the order is canceled after 36 hours, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
• However, if the time between the order acceptance and the delivery time is less than 36 hours, the customer will not have the cancellation option or edit option and will not be eligible for a refund.
